As our Head of Talent Acquisition, Pernille Stein Engvoll has spent several years in the field of recruitment and executive search at the domestic and international level. She has a wealth of experience in identifying and assessing top management and middle management personnel, as well as specialists in a variety of industries.

An international business administration graduate, she is passionate about human resources, recruitment and leadership management in the executive search industry. Pernille speaks fluent Norwegian, English and German.

Birgit Wandrak offers clients and candidates over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry based on extensive management expertise in the pharma industry and more than 10 years of consulting experience in executive and expert searches. This gives her a comprehensive, pragmatic understanding of the needs and expectations of clients and candidates.

Reliability and sustainability are particularly important to Birgit. She developed her high quality standards and unconventional thinking through professional experience, including as a management figure in the top line international hotel industry.

Originally from Upper Austria, Birgit studied journalism and communication science, as well as UK and US English in Salzburg and Italy. She speaks fluent German, English and Italian.

Cara Otahal is a consultant for life sciences and healthcare at Talentor Austria, whose prior professional experience involves several years working in human resources consulting for the worlds of industry, IT, real estate and the energy sector.

Cara is a business psychologist with a focus on market and advertising psychology. She speaks fluent German and English, and also has basic Italian and French language skills.

Nina Schwartz is a Junior Executive Search Consultant for Life Science and Healthcare at Talentor Austria.

She started her professional career in the health psychology sector. In the course of her Master's degree in Business & Economic Psychology, the graduate business psychologist shifted her focus to HR, industrial and organizational psychology.

Additionally, she gathered experience in processing recruitment projects in the HR sector at leading consulting firms.

Nina is fluent in German and English.

Katarina Petrovic supports the Talentor Austria team as a Project Assistant in various executive search mandates and projects in the areas of Industrial & Construction.

Katarina graduated from the University of Vienna with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. During her studies she gained first work experience in the manufacturing industry as well as in HR consulting, where she discovered her enthusiasm for Executive Search.

She speaks German, English and Serbo-Croatian. Her personal motto is:

Markus Gross is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talentor Austria.

His career path initially led him to the tourism industry. While studying personnel management and entrepreneurship & applied management, he switched into the field of HR for a leading logistics service provider, where he gathered experience in implementing domestic recruitment projects with a focus on transport and logistics.

He speaks fluent German and English.

Julia Gremel is a member of Talentor Austria’s talent acquisition team. While working, she completed her Master’s Degree in business consultancy and company management, specializing in personnel organization and strategy. Prior to this she received her Bachelor’s Degree in international business relations. She gained her initial professional experience in recruitment for a commercial trading company.

Having spent stays of several months in Scotland, Ireland and Australia, Julia speaks fluent, negotiation-level English and additionally has basic language skills in French and Croatian.

Always ready to lend a helping hand, Julia is congenial and helps out wherever she can. Her motto is also reflected in her open manner.

Lorena Höllersberger is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talentor Austria.

She is a trained HR Generalist with several years of experience in Executive Search, particularly in the industrial sector.

Lorena is fluent in English, and she has basic knowledge of French and Spanish.

Elke Gutzelnig has been a full-blooded marketing manager now for over 20 years. As an expert in integrated communication, she coordinates all of our marketing channels and activities, covering everything from the web & Social Media to PR and events.

A graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business majoring in marketing, she combines economics expertise with a passion for languages, graphics and design. Elke speaks fluent German, English and French, and has basic Russian and Chinese language skills.

Her top priority is the viewpoint and satisfaction of the clients and candidates, aligning with her motto:

Antonia Wild supports the Talentor Austria team as an Office Manager.

Her passion for languages and different cultures makes her open and curious about new people and situations. This mindset also led her to choose a major in Comparative Literature with a focus on foreign languages.

With her organizational skills and friendly nature, she ensures that everything runs smoothly in the Talentor office and that everyone feels comfortable. These qualities have also been evident throughout her previous career in the tourism industry.

Antonia is fluent in English and Greek and has basic knowledge of French, Dutch, and Slovenian.

Katharina Gittsovich supports the entire Talentor Austria team in all administrative matters.

After completing her studies in psychology at the University of Innsbruck, she initially lived in Canada for three years.

She started out in human resources consulting in 2015, and her most recent prior position was as an executive search consultant.

Along with outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail, Katharina also brings experience in the implementation of domestic and international recruiting and executive search projects, primarily in the technical and commercial sectors.

She speaks fluent German, Polish and English, and her personal motto is:
