For which services do your customers usually approach you?

At bridging_n, our expertise is the placement of country managers, business unit managers, CFOs, COOs, Heads of Sales and other experts who have excellent skills and the right mindset to take internationally expanding, innovative companies to the next level.

Besides recruiting services we offer tailor made HR consulting for companies that are at the point of market entrance and/or consider establishing their own state-of-the-art recruiting infrastructure.

Are you specialized in a certain industry?

We have worked with customers in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, e-commerce, SaaS, consumer goods, traffic, life science, consulting, and company building. What they all have in common is that they are international, digital and scaling - and usually have up to 500 employees.

As we deep dive into the business models of our customers to understand their specific needs, we learn what’s necessary to find the perfect match for the relevant industry, role and the personal requirements.

What is one thing you would recommend to companies that want to recruit talents in Germany?

The labor market in Germany is highly competitive and it is more important than ever to establish trust and engagement with your candidates. The human factor is key and therefore having a professional searching strategy and recruiting process in place is your differentiating factor.

Reliability, close contact with the candidates and accurate expectation management determine whether a candidate will be an employee in the future.

Are there common intercultural conflicts?

Germans have more humor than they are said to have. But when it comes to business, we also quickly switch to our fact-based thinking mode - and we don't like it when the train is more than 2 minutes late. ;-)

A seamless intercultural communication helps to manage expectations and gives you the right amount of time you need for the next step of the process.

Why did you decide to join the Talentor network?

Many of our customers expand to various countries besides Germany and ask us for proven, reliable partners in their targeted markets. They are used to the high standards we set in our work so we want to make sure they are well taken care of elsewhere, too.

Talentor gave us a strong feeling of commitment, fairness and quality from the first touch point and we are happy to be part of it.
