With a background in Psychology, I eventually found myself drawn to NLP, which opened up exciting new perspectives for me. I'm a father of three, a regular at the gym, and feel equally at home on skis or in the sea. I tend to seek out challenges and push myself outside my comfort zone—it's part of who I am. In my downtime, I enjoy reading both history and science fiction, and I’m also an avid fan of great films.

The customer always comes first in my mind, with my team following closely behind. There are two moments I particularly enjoy in working with clients: when they place their trust in us by signing on, and when they see that we’ve delivered by making the right hire. Those two moments are my biggest sources of motivation—they're my personal serotonin boosts.

I was a state employee who decided to resign and join the private sector, only to be convinced after less than a year to set up my company. I started with general recruitment and fell in love with technology recruitment about 10 years ago.

That feeling of inadequacy in a system that didn’t fit me became the push I needed to take a leap and build something of my own, my company.

One of the most important lessons I've learned in my career is that nothing stays the same—whether things are going well or not, change is inevitable. The key is to stay prepared, and when you're not, learn to adapt quickly and navigate the change as it unfolds.
