Throwback to Talentor Summit in fabulous Spain

What’s one of the best things about being in a like-minded Network like Talentor? Enjoying the Talentor Partner Meetings that are held at least twice a year. Inspiring exchange with colleagues and gaining new insights on a professional or cultural level are a key prerequisite of our collaboration. This years Talentor summit with partners and employees from more than 30 countries took place in beautiful and sunny Barcelona, hosted by our Spanish Partner Saltor Talent.

Best practise sharing on employer branding, recruiting and organizational changes

We started our Agenda by introducing our new partners from United States, India and Morocco. They gave us a well-prepared overview of their business and markets and the opportunities within the group.

In our best practice sharing sessions Jonathan Yung, Partner at Vertico Human Capital in Brazil gave us good insight in his organisational transformation from a traditional team to an agile team or so-called squad. He showed us how he could recruit the very best staff and how this bold decision led to a more effective way of working together.

Douglas Cross - Director at Denholm Associates in the UK had another very inspiring idea for the whole network. Using video marketing case studies in order to reach, attract and engage the key talent for their clients.

In our marketing workshop Theresa Sturm - Marketing Manager at Talentor International gave some overview of the marketing activities within the network, reaching from social media marketing to trade fair marketing.

After the Keynote from Santi Garcia “Future for Work Institute” about Insights into major changes in HR in the next years we split up in groups to work on different topics. We discussed the question "How to prepare ourselves as Executive Search companies for those changes? ". The output of this workshop gave some food for thoughts on what challenges we must overcome in the next years.

Katalin Antal Panayotopoulos - Managing Director at Arsis Global Consulting in Bulgaria gave an overview of the SourceCon Event in Amsterdam including how to use referral sourcing and story telling in order to find the best talent.

From Sagrada Familia to Barcelonetta

But aside from the official agenda, there was still enough time for personal talks and excursions to explore the wonderful city. An absolute highlight was the guided tour of the Sagrada family and as part of our networking dinner at the famous Barceloneta.

All in all the Talentor Summit was a huge success, reuniting once again this powerful executive search network with more than 32 countries.
