As a recruitment company we must constantly deal with dilemmas related to privacy, discrimination and impartiality. Challenges include clients finding out information that is irrelevant to the person’s capabilities in the advertised position, another challenge we often incur is client preferences in regards to candidates’ gender, age, ethnicity etc. We practice our ethical guidelines in all our business relationships to ensure equal opportunity hiring.
