Background:
The Training Management team is part of the Compliance Support at the Diagnostic Operations Rotkreuz and is responsible for implementing the training process in the global Learning Management System (Cornerstone).
The perfect candidate owns a bachelor degree and has more than 1 year of experience in a regulated environment. Also, the person has a good understanding of the training process and the need for training in the regulated environment. Additionally, the candidate has a high level of motivation, a “can do” attitude, openness and flexibility to change, as well as Excellent MS office, Cornerstone, and Google Suite skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining the Training Matrix for the organization in collaboration with the people leaders, employees and process owners
- Assigning and removing trainings in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
- Supporting the learners and people leaders (located in Switzerland, Germany and the USA) with training related Questions
- Improve and update the G-Site and other communication tools
- Creating training related templates
Must Haves:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education
- 1 year experience in working in a regulated environment
- Understanding of the training process and the need for trainings in the regulated environment
- High level of motivation and a “can do” attitude. Openness and flexibility to change
- Good team working skills
- First experience in project management
- Excellent MS office, Cornerstone, Google Suite skills
- Excellent communication skills English, good communication skills in German
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the Learning Management System Cornerstone
