We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional development team building high-impact software products in a niche space that blends gaming technology, simulation, real-time rendering, and complex data systems. These solutions are used by clients across the globe – from training platforms to enterprise-grade infrastructure.
Popis Pracovní Pozice
- Lead a team of 7–8 engineers, QA, and designers working on technically demanding products.
- Own the delivery, planning, and execution of new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to make informed technical decisions.
- Be the face of the product – take part in demos, client interactions, and internal stress-testing.
- Ensure your team is aligned, engaged, and has the tools and knowledge to deliver.
Požadujeme
- Proven experience leading engineering teams (ideally 3–5+ years).
- Strong technical foundation (former engineer, QA, or technical producer).
- Deep understanding of software/product lifecycle and engineering team dynamics.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Experience in simulation, gaming, or 3D environments is a big plus, but not required.
- Willingness to work on-site (hybrid) in Prague, Czech Republic.
