HR Assistant (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the HR team in daily tasks and HR-related processes
  • Supporting various HR projects
  • Collaborating with local authorities and insurance companies
  • Managing time efficiently
  • Entering departmental accounts in SAP
  • Coordinating employee events
  • Acting as a substitute for the HR Business Partner during their absence

Your qualifications:

  • Commercial or equivalent training
  • Additional training in human resources (HR administrator / HR assistant) would be advantageous
  • Strong customer interaction skills
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and German (B2)
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized in administrative tasks
  • Trustworthiness, reliability, and discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and quick learning ability
