Talentor Latvia client, global airline Norwegian has decided to centralise its operations and establish an international service center in Riga. The Norwegian Air Resources Latvia office will serve the airline's operations worldwide by giving up outsourcing, which has so far provided several of the company's functions.

Considering HR internal processes as one of the most important pillars of employees' well-being and engagement, we are looking for strong and professional HR Advisor:

  • Payroll execution and control to ensure accurate, smooth and timely payroll transactions;
  • Efficient and effective HR administration and management in collaboration with HR Business counterpart and line management;
  • Ownership of HR Master data for location secure accuracy and current data in SAP Success Factors;
  • Support of HR processes, systems and documentations standardisation and maintenance regionally and globally;
  • Administration and execution of new hires and internal transfers;
  • Regular reporting, metrics and analysis, including communication, trend analysis and recommendations for HR Business;
  • Support Compensation & Benefits, evaluating regional benchmark data and implement all salary updates for country;
  • Provide trainings for managers in effective use of HR tools, processes and systems;
  • Identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity and quality, actively driving the continuous improvement culture.
  • Being the first contact point for payroll, administration and other HR advisory issues (Latvia).

  • HR or Business Administration university degree;
  • 3-5 years experience in HR Administration and Payroll;
  • Excellent knowledge and bold experience in Latvian legislation;
  • Excellent knowledge and interest in SAP and Excel reporting and data analisys;
  • High service orientation towards employees and their inquiries about payroll;
  • High standards of communication, service delivery and execution;
  • Business Administration mindset and proactive responsibility sense;
  • Soft skills like being systematic, self-driven, multitasking, demanding - are considered as important advantage.
