.NET Team Lead
Your Role
- Lead the development team through SDLC process
- Implement high quality, secure, and maintainable code that conforms to coding standards
- Lead the development effort from an architectural standpoint
- Work with Business and software design and development teams to define releases and work items for the release
- Work with business users to clarify requirements and user stories
- Coordinate with other teams to facilitate application support
- Clearly communicate status and open issues to team and manager
- Work effectively within a team environment to implement projects in a timely manner
- Mentor team members on best practices and standards
Will be working in a global team (GMG Team) which spread across multiple countries. Immediate team (CAS) is located in US & India. Plan is to build CAS Team in Bucharest also. GMG Teams (internal to HIS) that interact with our system are located across the globe
Your expertise
- 8-10 years of experience as a software developer using .NET, C#, Postgres, Web API, XML, JSON, JWT
- Thorough understanding of SOLID principles, especially IOC and SRP
- In depth knowledge of relational databases (T-SQL, Postgres, etc)
- Proficiency with automated unit, integration & CBT testing
- Proficiency in Performance improvement & troubleshooting Performance related issues
- Experience with REST APIs, writing and supporting reusable and maintainable APIs
- Exposure to ADOPS, TeamCity & Git (or other source control)
- Development Knowledge & understanding of Angular it’s a plus
- Working Experience in Agile Teams environments and methodologies
- Experience in Financial Market Business Domain
