Financial Controller

Due to the company's rapid expansion, the company's financial department is inviting to join their team:

Financial Controller.

This position directly will report to the company's Finance Manager.
Main duties:

Coordinate, support and monitor financial processes of the company;·

Manage the timely completion of the month-end financial close process with the company's group deadlines and requirements;
Prepares different types of reporting analyses to the company's management team in Latvia and Europe;
Prepares weekly cash-flow reports;
Analyses basic finance information in response to queries from Managers, suppliers and customer;
Responsible of annual audit process;
Other related ad-hoc financial projects.

Requirements:

University degree in accounting, economics or finance (may be the last year student);
Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English
Strong computer skills (MS Office), Excel knowledge at expert level;
Good analytical skills and ability to see the big picture;
Ability to work in a team and individually;
Ability to work to tight deadlines;
Has customer driven mind-set;
B category driver’s license
