Description

Responsible for product development and establishing relationships in the dental sector in Latvia with a goal of maximizing professional recommendations and product sales via dental clinics.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Builds and leverages relationship with dental clinics
Identifies most potential top target clinics/customers in the market
Develops and executes monthly plans for dental clinic visits
Achieves quarterly sales targets
Delivers product presentations to customers (clinics and retail) in territory outlining products, features, benefits and services
Understands and addresses both business and scientific-oriented needs of dental professionals by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine underlying patient needs and determining how products could address such needs
Contributes to various Professional Activities such as exhibitions, professional association meetings, etc.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience; knowledge of dental field
Bachelor’s degree; preferably licensed in medical direction
Dental or medical company background, knowledge of dental field;
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluent in Latvian and English (Russian would be considered as preference)
