SFR Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is continuing to grow and build new teams.
We are looking for:
Team Leader Accounts Payable (Acting)
(Temporary Agreement)
Main Duties:
Coordinate daily work of the team
Maintain communication with the Client regarding day-to-day processes and assist Accounting Manager with work-load planning for the team un performance evaluation of the team
Ensure invoice processing (process and accounting) monitoring, maintenance and control
Organize responding to incoming inquiries from the customers or Suppliers. In case of necessity contact the suppliers to the customer
Take part in period closing processes according to the schedule from the SFR and to a Department’s approved procedures
Prepare
information to the Client as requested according to a Department’s approved procedure
In case of necessity support accountants and junior accountants, as well as take part in department work organization together with Accounting Manager
Requirements:
Higher education in accounting, economics
Work experience (min.2 years) in relevant field, preferably within an international work environment
IT user capabilities (MS Excel, ERP - SAP and Oracle JDE
knowledge is an advantage)
Analytical skills and ability to work effectively under stress conditions
Good oral and written English language skills
Personality:
Structured and organized personality with focus on proactive development
Good communication skills, positive attitude and pro-active
Accurate and quick
Good analytical skills
Ability to meet the deadlines
Well-organized
A good team player
Reliable
