Area Sales Manager
Main Role:
Successfully drive and supervise fuel station network across one of the business regions in Latvia to achieve sales targets and business results
Main duties:
Leading around 20 fuel station managers and their staff on daily basis in a specified region
Budget reallocation and cost control within the region
Regular financial data result interpretation in order to achieve set goals for each fuel station
Assuring compliance with the companies processes and standards in the stations (e.g. health, safety, environment, accounting, maintenance and others)
Monitoring and developing the main business categories in the fuel stations (e.g. fuel, food, coffee, car wash)
Ensure qualitative micro markets’ and competitors’ monitoring
Drive through change processes by developing and motivating station managers
Cooperating with local authorities and providing new customer attraction activities
Requirements:
Successful track record in leading/managerial role in an international retail sales organization
Charismatic, positive and consistent leader qualities to become a role model for the team (preferably experience in distance leadership)
Business minded and analytical approach that enables to identify and communicate findings and opportunities effectively
Detail oriented with the ability to process large amounts of information effectively
Very good communication and presentation skills
Responsible, goal and innovation oriented personality
Ability to travel frequently within the region, drivers license
Excellent Latvian, English and good Russian language skills
