From May this year, Statoil-branded full service stations and support offices in Scandinavia are being rebranded to Circle K, one by one. The rebranding in Scandinavia will take about a year. Circle K stations and support offices in the Baltics, Poland, Russia and Ireland will follow from around mid-2017.

Circle K is looking for:
Human Resources Business Partner
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Contribute to a multitude of HR activities that drive business performance including annual assessment, career and development planning,
employee relations, team building, events, etc.
Act as a single point of contact for assigned department managers and staff in questions related to HR area
Identify, attract and recruit people needed to accomplish the business unit goals
Provide HR advice and support, including consulting, coaching, training, to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues
Keep up to date with the newest HR trends and best practices to improve organizational productivity and optimize HR processes
Implement and support regional HR initiatives in assigned business units
Update assigned departments on all employee relations matters and manage claims
Degree in Management or Human Resources
Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or an HR Business Partner
Engaging and open communication style and strong negotiation skills
Readiness and interest to acquire new skills, follow HR trends and challenge the general presumptions
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, ability to navigate complex employee relations matters with tact and confidence
Ability to plan and organize own work independently
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Excellent command of Latvian and English
