Production Manager

We are looking for an industry expert and self - motivated team player, who tackles challenges with an “unstoppable” mindset.

Besides creation of a value for the “Dinex” management team, as well as participation in a long term planning, you will be responsible for production organization and development in an efficient way, leading a team of 255 + people and maintaining aligned cross - functional cooperation with all departments.

Being target driven, analytical and people oriented you will be involved in projects with new customers and products, as well as coordinating cross- functional activities related to all other functions and sites in the company.
Previous experience in manufacturing industry
Managing production (small batch and high volume products)
Executive leadership experience (preferably
an international company)
KPI’s and target driven
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to plan and improve the workflow
Understanding of technical challenges
Culture driven by LEAN and Operational Excellence
Interested in numbers and data (knowledge about P/L in industry and balance sheets)
University Degree (technical or mechanical background)
Full working proficiency in Latvian, English and Russian
