Regulatory compliance and adjustment to changes in legal environment
Drive company’s customer acquisition, marketing and retention strategies
Facilitating, evaluating, launching and regulating new product and channel development
Actively maintain risk assessment and management
Manage and control resources, e.g. customer support, collections, marketing, IT, legal etc.
Representing the company and coordinating relations with third parties, including group companies
University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Strong financial, start up, business development and P&L management background
Analytical, strategic and “can do” attitude
Development oriented, results driven and entrepreneurship proven
Ambitious risk taker, comfortable in fast changing environment
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of legal and regulatory environment in Latvia
Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
