Business Controller

Manage internal controls, produce actual, forecast, estimate and business plan financial information
Manage cash flow and credit activities
Review and manage investments and procurement
Contribute to the development of new business strategies, segments and establishments
Develop processes to improve efficient functions and business performance
Implement and follow up group policies, strategies and procedures
Ensure legal compliance in applicable area

Manage and develop own department and use resources efficiently, motivating, developing and encouraging excellent performance to drive profitability
Be an inclusive and inspiring leader and act as a role model
Successful experience in a Business Control, multicultural and global finance operations
Able to demonstrate a clear vision and global mindset, absolute integrity and strong commitment
Customer focus resulting in demonstration of service mindset and support to business
Good understanding of the retail business & environment Planning, budgeting and forecasting skills
Decision making, and good interpersonal skills
A strong team player building effective working relationships
A university degree and / or an MBA (Finance/ Business Accounting/Administration)
Working experience with business management systems (preferably SAP)
English proficiency is required, knowledge of Latvian and Russian would be valuable
Strong local presence of a global company, multicultural and multifunctional experience, potential for regional projects and responsibilities
Work locally, yet be a part of a global / regional team
