Managing Director
Engage in business development activities and drive growth of the company in Latvia
Lead a team of 12 people and grow it as the business grows
Lead the organization’s strategy to acquire lending relationships, consumer loan acquisitions and develop customer acquisition strategies through different channels
Manage the long-term growth of the business in line with company goals while meeting short term deliverables
Own P&L in Latvia and drive profitability
Manage product portfolio, review and recommend pricing, proposition development, product management
Manage regulatory compliance and adjustment to changes in legal environment
Drive company’s customer acquisition, marketing and retention strategies
Facilitate, evaluate, launch and regulate new product and channel development
Actively maintain risk assessment and management
Manage and control resources, e.g. customer support, collections, marketing, IT, legal etc.
University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Strong experience in executing and driving important initiatives within a financial/ consumer financing sector (preferably)
Entrepreneurial spirit and analytical mindset with a very good understanding of the financials (P&L) dynamics
Effective relationship management skills with a supreme focus on customers’ benefits
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Team player with excellent people management skills and collaborative style of working in an international environment
Good understanding of legal and regulatory environment in Latvia
Fluent in Latvian, English language (Russian will be considered as advantage)
