Operations Manager Norway
Role of the position:
Overseeing, design and control production process in customer service centre`s Norwegian line, business development, new service planning and onboarding, as well as customer relations management.
Qualifications and competence requirements:
Proven managerial track record with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial position, preferably, in an international IT company, such as:
Experience in organising production process and delivering services to the client (transfer or a set-up of shared service centre shall be considered an advantage)
Experience in launching new projects and building up production lines and systems for new clients
Sound leadership and people management skills, including goal-setting, motivating and appraising employees, building a team spirit
Initiative, proactivity, ability to initiate and implement changes and meet results
A higher education degree
Fluent English (knowledge of a Scandinavian language would be considered a strong advantage)
Job content and responsibilities:
Organize work of the department and develop constructive business relations and effective co-operation with all involved parties (management, production teams, steering organizations, and clients)
Ensure the provision of timely and high-quality services to end users
Recruit, motivate and manage the department`s team members, facilitate knowledge sharing and development
Set and oversee the goal-setting, feed-backing and appraisal processes for department team
Introduce the best practices into daily operations and drive process improvements
Contribute to company level service planning & development process
