E-Commerce Business Development Manager

Develop and execute e-Commerce strategy for sales, pricing and all other matters related to revenue generation
Continuously identify new areas of e-Commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
Undertake ownership of the budget and forecast; set, manage and profitably scale the highly effective marketing mix
Create performance metrics to measure success and conduct analysis of relevant company and market data
Develop co-operation model for with 3rd party vendors, build up marketing partnerships and manage e-Commerce team
Excellent business acumen to implement shareholder vision, ability to assume on cross-functional projects and P&L reporting for the e-Commerce business line
3+ Years of management experience in e-Commerce or a related field
Expert knowledge and proven track record of increasing sales and margins via online marketplaces
Possess professional sales & marketing skills, knowledge of the e-Commerce marketplace, and an upbeat, positive attitude
Superior influencing and negotiation skills
Well organized, result orientated and able to work with tight deadlines and fixed budgets
Proficient knowledge of: online marketplaces, and e-Commerce user experience, functionality and protocol & search engine (like Google Analytics, AdWords) optimization
Excellent English and Russian as well as local language
