Customer Service Manager

Main responsibilities:

Managing
Business Centre Customer Service team including the teams’ performance and professional development;
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
Meeting performance targets specified in the service level agreement;
Delivering services according to the operating procedures and continuous improvement/lean management.
Experience:

Management experience, delivering good results preferably in a call center environment;
Experience from B2C retail, sales and customer handling (both verbally and in writing);
Understanding of Scandinavian culture and customers.

Personal skills:

Excellent cooperation and problem-solving skills, efficient and positive even in stressful situations;
Analytical and performance-driven, with a strong focus on execution;
Team player with excellent communication and good networking skills;
Passionate and service-minded attitude and ability to work in a structured way and to take initiative.

Education and language skills:

Very good
Danish and English,
both verbal and written;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
