Real Estate Development Manager

In cooperation with the management team based in Tallinn lead and develop one of the most modern commercial real estate projects in Riga, Latvia
Organizing and managing the planning process, work scheduling, keeping track and monitoring plans, ensuring timely completion of development project
Selecting, leading and managing project development team
Organizing and negotiating tenders, selecting contractors and suppliers
Preparing up and monitoring budgets, ensuring timely preparation and submission of reports
Communication with the local governments, incl. obtaining the necessary permits, leading the coordination process and organizing the acceptance and commissioning of construction works
Developing and implementing marketing principles and concepts for development projects in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Manager
Coordination of Sales activities and Management of Sales Representative (s)
monitoring and reviewing the real estate (development) market
Bachelor’s degree in technical, economical or business administration field is required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing commercial real estate development projects and/ or managing a large - scale construction project
Experience in sales and marketing of commercial real estate

Strong business development focus and a “hands on” approach
Ability to work as a team player within an international cross functional environment
Open - minded person with exceptional interpersonal and effective relationships management skills with a supreme focus on customers’ benefits
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Fluent in Latvian, good command
in spoken and written
English
Digital literacy to support use of digital project documentation
Ability to travel on a regular basis to HQ located in Tallinn, Estonia
