Head of Training

To extend the Samsung Electronics Baltics team we currently are looking for
Main tasks:
Develop product and product sales training strategy according to company’s mission, vision, and long-term objectives
Develop and implement training plans for products and services
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends
Provide regular training material adaptation and build new training programs and methodologies
Monitor, evaluate, and develop a training team
Provide regular trainings to retailers, agents and local sales teams
Plan, schedule, and execute training programs to reach highest quality
If you have:
Minimum 3 years of successful training and/or sales manager experience
University degree (preferably in economics, marketing, management or IT)
Ability to present and negotiate ideas and products
High level of interest in technologies and gadgets
Ability to manage projects and demands independently
Practical mutli-tasking and stress resistance
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills along with the very good command of Latvian and fluent English language knowledge
Ability to travel a lot
MS Office literacy
and are:
Eager to acquire knowledge and professional experience
Performance oriented
Dynamic team player
