Role of the Position:

As a Rewards Manager, you need to
develop, execute
and take ownership of the
rewards portfolio strategy and rewards sourcing for each of the markets we operate (with strong focus on Russia and Finland).

The
key motivation
of every loyalty program member to be active in the program is what he can receive in return for his loyalty -
the rewards
(free flights, gift cards, experiences etc.). Therefore
this position while directly working with other businesses plays a crucial role
to ensure the attractiveness of the entire program among customers in
all markets we operate.

Qualifications and Competence Requirements:

Solid trade marketing and B2B business experience (preferably in retail)
Project management, operational and purchasing skills
Excellent negotiation, impact and communications skills with ability to build positive relationships at all levels
Customer service oriented attitude
Experience in customer loyalty will be considered as an advantage
Open, innovative, gadget and result oriented personality with high initiative
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing practices
Higher education in marketing, economy or business administration
Fluent in written and spoken Latvian, English & Russian

Job Content and Responsibilities:

Develop the loyalty Rewards (product catalogue) strategy for Coalition Rewards and its Partners
Build the strategy into a business and marketing plan, working closely with Key Account Management
Gather and interpret customer insights to understand customer behaviour and act accordingly to build Rewards satisfaction
Manage the Rewards plan for the year
Work with Coalition Rewards Marketing to develop the Rewards marketing plan and calendar for BalticMiles and other programs managed by the company
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
While not directly managing anyone, the role requires working closely across a number of teams and effectively use influencing skills to deliver one’s objectives.
