to join the Legal & Compliance Team.

Main Responsibilities will include

Working
with all types of
contracts (including sales, purchase, lease, labour etc.) and their compliance with the provisions of the Law
Regular reporting to EHQ and HQ Compliance Team
Communication with partners in legal issues in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia

Qualifications required

University Degree in Law and up-to-date knowledge on relevant legislation
Fluency and practical work experience in preparation of legal documents in Latvian and English (Russian language skills will be considered as an advantage)
Analytical mind for large amounts of information
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence and ability to express and advocate the argumentation
Ability to enjoy a high level of responsibility and stay calm under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain legal matter to people without such knowledge
