Role of the Position:
The main role of the Communication & Marketing Project Manager is being responsible for the corporate marketing within a company in order to create and maintain a strong relationship with the media, partners and employees.
Qualifications and Competence Requirements:
Higher education and successful 5 year experience in communications (additional experience in marketing will be considered as an advantage)
Excellent oral, written and presentation-based communication skills
A methodological approach to gathering, researching and editing information·
Open, innovative, gadget and result oriented personality with high initiative and creativity
Excellent interpersonal skills, including argumentation and negotiation skills with an ability to build positive relationships·
Ability to work independently using modern communication tools
Project management (including project budgeting) skills
Fluent in written and spoken Latvian & English, Russian language knowledge will be considered as an advantage
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw
Job Content and Responsibilities:
Promote internal and external communication and public relations
Identify, develop and execute communications strategy
Coordinate conference activities, plan and organize cooperate events
Advance the existing marketing and promotional materials
Create and deliver press releases for internal and external audiences both in Latvian and English
Recommend, implement and maintain the social media and company website contents
