Pricing Manager
Main Role:

Management of pricing related processes, as well as rebate/discount management within retail and wholesale trade. Making daily decisions that have significant impact on business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining pricing strategy, implementing new pricing tactics;
Executing daily pricing activities, incl. use of pricing software tools;
Creating and developing a discount policy model;
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities;
Collecting and analysing data required for decision making process;
Calculating the profitability of existing and potential pricing activities;
Cooperating closely with the management group and other departments in pricing related matters;
Participating in development and implementation of new business ideas.

Your Profile

Higher education in finance, economics, business management or marketing;
At least two-year previous experience related to data analysis, financial modelling, marketing, pricing or revenue management with proven track record of success;
Business thinking and understanding;
Strategic and analytical skills;
Ability to handle large amounts of information and multitasking;
Good communication skills and initiative;
Ability to work in a team, as well as individually achieve the set goals;
Profound computer skills, particularly MS Excel;
Excellent Latvian, English and good Russian language skills.
