REGIONAL SALES OFFICER

Talentor Latvia client – large and experienced Latvian production company that had grown into a leading position in its business segment globally – is welcoming in the team Regional Sales Officer.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and drive sales in the Region
• Leading, motivating and developing a sales team
• Building relationships with existing and potential B2B clients
• Maintain and implement effective sales processes that enable achieving ambitious business targets and high client satisfaction
• Obtain relevant information from clients and market research to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales to clients in Baltics or international markets
• Being a role model for an effective sales team
• Building productive and long-term relationships with B2B clients that represents different industries and geographies
• Systematic approach, experience in developing and implementing of sales processes
• Proposing and developing market or client driven improvements and innovations
• Cooperation with colleagues from Sales, Manufacturing, or other functions in other to meet clients expectations and achieve targets
