Resource planning & Payroll control Manager

Central and North Europe Resource planning & Payroll control Manager's role is to support CNE FP team during the installation process, prepare background of installation processes and cover all administration and support activities. We are looking for collaborative team player with strong logical abilities and data-driven approach, who is proactive, self-confident, details and result-oriented. If you are open-minded "out-of-box" thinker with "to-do" attitude, please apply below. 

Responsibilities:
  • Secure and cover all legal requirements in Latvia and target countries in cooperation with Accounting and controlling team, HR team, Sourcing and resourcing managers and Legal entities
  • Organise recruitment processes, identify opportunities and benefits
  • Overall control of the installation teams performance including project progress, productivity, profitability and root cause analysis case of deviations
  • Coordinating the SAP developments around intercorporate subcontracting process
  • SAP data accuracy and input (On project, Cost centre and Profit centre level)
  • Preparing all needed documents for payroll agenda (HORIZON)
  • Cooperation with administration and accounting teams (A1 Certificates, Job contracts, Processing of Health checks, Communicating Legal updates within Organisation)
  • Manage regular reporting routines (business trips and hours back reporting, networks and POs, costing control)
  • Maintain team SharePoint sites

Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Latvian Labor Regulations & Taxes
  • Ability to support payroll process of cross-boarder activities
  • Experience in documentation management (SAP; EDMS; Sharepoint)
  • SAP literacy: Sales orders and billing, Purchase order management, reconciliations and reporting
  • Successful cooperation experience with Intra-Corporate and External partners
