Commercial Development Manager for Circle K Business Card Solutions (B2B)

On behalf of our client, CircleK Business Centre, we are looking for Commercial Development Manager, who will play an important role in developing the B2B commercial strategy and execution, driving G2M strategies and execution for B2B products, services and commercial concepts,  empowering strategic improvements and development plans,  improving the link between Marketing, Channel Management and Sales Enablement practices across Customer Journey’s to identify continuous development to our B2B Sales & Service operation.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and identify commercial development initiatives to improve Circle K’s value proposition around our B2B offer portfolio and customer experience to key segments
  • Managing strategic projects within the mobility arena to drive our strategic agenda forward to become a preferred B2B mobility partner
  • Develop and lead deployment of G2M plans across our markets collaborating with key support stakeholder groups such as Product Development, Marketing, Digital Sales, Operational Excellence as well as the teams within each of our European Business Units
  • Develop and lead use of our Sales Enablement platform with our Sales & Marketing organisation and towards digital touch points and CRM system
  • Play a key role in working in further developing digital customer journey and customer life cycle experience initiatives
  • Identify and analyze commercial best practice areas across Business Units to maximize commercial opportunities for continued improvements of market positions
Requirements
  • Proven experience from a Commercial or Business Development role from an International organization
  • Comprehensive experience working with G2M models and deployments across multiple stakeholder groups and Business Units
  • Proven ability to understand B2B business, customer expectations and leading best practice solutions
  • Proven ability and passion to deliver innovative solutions to meet and exceed B2B customer expectations
  • Experience in building and improving digital customer journeys and leveraging technology in delivering commercial development
  • Proven ability to turn complex insights into compelling stories and viable commercial solutions within tight timelines
  • Ability to independently draft and present compelling analysis, reports and recommendations to an executive audience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise messages and influence those around you
  • An expert team player who is able to engage, commit and motivate relevant stakeholders at all levels within the company
  • Highly structured and results oriented combined with a proactive approach having an innovative yet pragmatic mind set
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced dynamic and high-energetic global business environment
  • Highly evolved time management skills with an ability to prioritize, multitask and follow through on commitments
  • An enthusiastic mentality and with a high level of drive
  • Relevant educational background (BA/MA)
  • High proficiency in use of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
