Strategic Project Manager/Business Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support and lead on the effective project management of various strategic and operational priorities, process improvements
• Support Management Board on implementation of strategy and on realization of Board’s business agenda
• Develop presentations with the ability to develop a clear narrative, assemble multiple forms of information and help to simplify complex messages
• Develop key relationships with senior internal stakeholders in all three Baltic countries, and directly cooperate with Management Board members and Supervisory Board
• Carry out autonomous and proactive research on trends, markets or issues in order to provide suitable briefing notes and inform on strategy development

Requirements

• Proven successful track record in a proactive support role, within a research, strategy or business development environment
• Experience of working within a project environment, leading and coordinating projects
• Graduate of the program that provides knowledge and platform for development of expertise and skills required for the successful performance in the role
• Excellent planning, self-organization and execution abilities when dealing with quickly changing situations and high workload
• Experience of supporting the production of documents, reports, board papers and presentations for senior level stakeholders and meetings using Microsoft packages
• Work/project experience in complex, international corporate environment, supporting Board members and executives is an advantage
