As a consultant you will be responsible to lead the candidate and stakeholder relationship building and management process partnering with key business stakeholders to execute talent management initiatives, developing, and maintaining a strong relationship with all candidates to keep them engaged through the hiring process, as well as advise on market and industry trends.
The successful individual for this role will leverage our existing tools and resources to achieve individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Talentor through demonstrating the highest level of ethical behaviour and personal integrity with a positive and pro- active communication style with peers and colleagues building effective relationships within and across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
As an experienced recruitment consultant, you will be accountable to run a project portfolio providing an exceptional candidate and client experience.As a consultant you will be responsible to lead the candidate and stakeholder relationship building and management process partnering with key business stakeholders to execute talent management initiatives, developing, and maintaining a strong relationship with all candidates to keep them engaged through the hiring process, as well as advise on market and industry trends.
The successful individual for this role will leverage our existing tools and resources to achieve individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Talentor through demonstrating the highest level of ethical behaviour and personal integrity with a positive and pro- active communication style with peers and colleagues building effective relationships within and across the business.
