Head of MID-Corporate Department

- is familiar with entrepreneurship environment, industry specifics and market trends in Latvia, Baltics, and Nordics
- possesses a deep understanding of how to deliver customer value, profit, and sustainable impact on society
- has a knowledge in credit and KYC/AML risks and regulatory policies
- has an experience in developing strategy, translating strategy into action, and driving the implementation of strategy to deliver on long-term targets
- is a true team player with a strong drive and a high degree of initiative without losing the ability to pay attention to details while maintaining high level strategic perspective
- has an academic degree in Business administration, Economics, Financial management, Accounting and auditing, Physics/Mathematics or similar
- has a very good Latvian, English and Russian language skills
What will be your daily work in this role:
- aligning your work and the team’s contribution to the bank’s direction and strategy
- ensuring the company finances economically attractive projects in line with company`s financial objectives, legal standards, and risk tolerance, facilitating cross-business unit initiatives
- monitoring of medium to long-term business trends/outlooks, gathering competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with company`s executives
- identifying growth markets, driving revenue and market share growth
- maintaining external relations with professionals from different industries
- driving operational excellence, process optimisation and performance across teams
- leading and encouraging collaboration across the organisation
- defining clear responsibilities and priorities for your team members
- ensuring the continuous development of your team and your own leadership skills
- assessing and improving the performance of your team members
- exercising coaching methods as part of your leadership style
- ensuring a sustainable work climate and sustainable employees
- building a diverse team with high level of team spirit and engagement

Please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 5450 – 8150 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
