Senior Key Account Manager

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices, ranging from diagnostic tools to laboratory equipment, automation and classification solutions.
Present in the Baltics for over a decade, the company is looking to increase its market share by strengthening its sales and business development capabilities.
We are searching for a Senior Account Manager to join our client’s organization and take the lead on developing new clients across the three Baltic States. Based in Riga, this person would be responsible for the whole regional market.
Our client is searching for candidates with experience in the field of medical sales, with a focus on medical devices or medical equipment. Preferably, candidates will have a medical degree and have contacts with key opinion leaders across the medical field in clinics, hospitals, laboratories, medical universities and will be able to solidify a network within pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Important for us is :
  • Significant sales experience
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English and Latvian is necessary for this position)
  • Strong commercial acumen, interpretation and analysis skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in teams and autonomously
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in medical sales, fluent English to evolve within an international organization and a solid sense of business with the ability to oversee the general activities of the company (being a link between regional general management and the operations on the ground).
