Culture and Communication Manager

The purpose of the role is to build successful company culture and values, to lead internal and external communication in OP Corporate Bank plc Latvia Branch. Culture and communication manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining positive work environment and working closely with the management team.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Building a successful company culture and values
  • Project activities, improvement of the working environment, and people well-being
  • Building a compelling employer branding and employee journey process
  • Supporting managers in planning and organizing personnel development and engagement activities
  • Internal communication, organization of events, and other initiatives
  • Organizing consistent and attractive external communication, coordination of WEB content
  • Support in organizing customer events and marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the management team in culture and communication areas
  • Performing other tasks as directed by the management team

Requirements

  • University’s degree in HR, communications, business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of work experience in similar positions
  • Experience of work in international organization is considered as an advantage
  • Ability to communicate, coach and influence
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent Latvian and English language skills
  • Computer literacy and technology savvy
