Head of B2B Sales and development

Job Description:
In this role, you will oversee the management of the business customer segment, including public procurement, dental supply, independent pharmacy, wholesale, and other legal customer sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Business Customer Segment Management:
  • Lead and manage the business customer segment, ensuring effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Oversee key accounts and develop strong partnerships with clients.
Strategic Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business customer segment development strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
  • Analyse sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Utilise market insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance business results.
Company Culture and Customer Experience:
  • Cultivate a company culture that prioritises customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Sales Process Enhancement:
  • Continuously improve the sales process to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and tools to streamline operations and drive sales performance.
Price Policy and Cooperation Conditions:
  • Develop and refine price policies and cooperation conditions for clients, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Budgeting and Performance Standards:
  • Compile and manage departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Establish quality and performance standards to measure and optimise departmental performance.
Team Leadership and Motivation:
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in the fields of pharmacy, stomatology, wholesale will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve results.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth and success.
  • Ability to independently organize own and team work, set priorities, argue one's opinion, make decisions and take responsibility
  • • Good knowledge of Latvian and English
