What You'll Do
- Business Development: Play a strategic role in driving turnover growth by securing new contracts and expanding existing ones.
- Client Relationships: Build long-term, loyal relationships with clients, focusing on retention and reactivation of returning customers.
- Leadership: Manage and guide collaboration with customer service teams and external sales calls personnel.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a robust business plan with clear objectives for growth over the next 2+ years.
- Travel & Outreach: Actively meet clients, close deals, and foster relationships for sustained business growth.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with customer service, project management, and other internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Your Key Metrics (KPIs)
- Increase in revenue and sales turnover.
- Growth in the number and size of contracts.
- Improved client retention and reactivation rates.
- Acquisition of new business contracts.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A background in Business Development and Key Account Management or business development, preferably in mid- to large-scale manufacturing, export, or production companies.
- Competencies:
- Leadership and the ability to inspire a team.
- Strong customer centricity and a result-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
- Charisma and likability—able to build trust and rapport easily.
- A systematic and detail-oriented approach to managing processes.
- Personality: Humble, approachable, and enthusiastic about driving broader results.
- Preferred Industry Experience
- Manufacturing, production companies, or exporters.
- Proven track record of results and established contacts within the sector.
