HEAD OF HR BALTICS

On behalf of our client – global professional services firm offering wide range of services and modern, sophisticated solutions – we are looking for a passionate Head of HR Baltics to develop and lead an organization`s ambition to attract, develop and engage top-talents, and build and implement a best of class HR processes to enable such ambition by combining global best practices and policies with designing custom-made and localized solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategy
  • Establish and ensure efficient recruitment process at all levels to ensure sufficient pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Organize retaining, employer branding and HR marketing activities, address diverse needs of different teams
  • Support the development of sustainable talent structure, including succession planning and coordinate and support development of experienced employees
  • Lead and coordinate a pan-Baltic team that is responsible for ensuring HR processes
  • Understand and support needs of different stakeholders in the organization, provide leadership consulting, coaching and training
  • Implement and run both regional and global processes and activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior HR role
  • Experience of working in a large, preferably, international organization, successfully managing needs of diverse stakeholders groups
  • Excellent experience of attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining talents
  • Enthusiastic, positive can and action-oriented personality
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Agile, flexible approach
