Head of Sales Baltics

Responsibilities

  • Representing the company and drive sales in the Baltic states
  • Designing and maintaining effective product distribution process
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a sales team
  • Building relationships with the most important decision makers in the industry
  • Participate in executive management of the company activities in Baltic region
  • Supporting General Manager in administrative management of the Latvian company

Requirements

  • At least 3 years Management experience, preferably in sales
  • Successful and long-term track record of sales background in Baltics or Latvia
  • Strong leadership capabilities, ability to inspire and lead team
  • Result orientation and self-organization skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent fitness in the business intelligence tools (Excel, MS Teams, CRM, Reporting, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate in English and Russian
  • B category driver’s license
  • Understanding of the Building material industry in Baltics will be considered an advantage
  • Higher education in technical or construction field will be considered and advantage
