Your responsibilities will include provision of

Commercial Support to help drive business success by supporting client interactions, documentation, and presentations;

Office Coordination to oversee operations and create a smooth, professional environment that supports the entire Baltic team.

We’re looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, solution-oriented, and ready to grow within the VGP culture. An experience in business or administrative support role, ideally with commercial responsibilities and fluent English are required.

You'll be working from our centrally located and modern office in Riga city center (near Central Train Station, Origo), in a dynamic, supportive environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged.

Your Responsibilities

📊 Commercial Support

To help drive business success by supporting client interactions, documentation, and presentations through:

  1. Support to Commercial Manager: Provide day-to-day assistance to the Commercial Country Manager in all business development activities.
  2. Offers & Presentations: Prepare professional Heads of Terms and presentation materials for prospective tenants.
  3. Meeting Documentation: Draft concise meeting minutes and internal summaries.
  4. Client Interaction: Communicate proactively with current and potential tenants, follow up on offers and inquiries.
  5. Tenant Meetings: Join client meetings and represent VGP in a professional manner.
  6. Visual Support: Assist in preparing property layouts and marketing visuals.
  7. Regional Travel: Occasional travel within the Baltics to support commercial activities.
  8. Planning & Reporting: Contribute to the weekly and monthly planning of commercial and marketing actions.

🏢 Office Coordination

To oversee operations and create a smooth, professional environment that supports the entire Baltic team:

  1. Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our Riga office, ensuring an organized and welcoming environment.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist colleagues across all three Baltic countries with general administrative tasks.
  3. Supplier & Service Coordination: Manage relationships with office suppliers and service providers.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure availability and functionality.
  5. Visitor Support: Welcome and assist guests and partners at the office.
  6. Ad-hoc Tasks: Support specific administrative needs as they arise.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, solution-oriented, and ready to grow within the VGP culture:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in a business or administrative support role, ideally with commercial responsibilities. Experience in real estate or an international business setting is a strong plus.
  2. Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of other Baltic languages is a distinct advantage.
  3. Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Cultural Fit: You are humble, professional, collaborative, and bring a positive attitude with a touch of humor – someone who lives the "VGP family" spirit.
  5. Growth-Oriented: Motivated to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the business grows.
  6. Digital Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); confident in learning new tools and systems.
  7. Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  8. Initiative: Self-motivated, reliable, and resourceful – a true problem solver.
