Swedbank Pension Fund - Supervisory Council Member

Robur, the investment arm of the Swedbank group, is responsible for pension funds for its clients, including in Latvia. It is currently seeking to introduce a 5th Supervisory Council (Board) member, from the outside of the organization. Currently the board is 4 members, all from inside the Swedbank group.

The company is looking to introduce a new council member, with that person having a particular focus on internal control, risk assessment, compliance and governance.

The council meets an average of 5 times per year (once per quarte + 1time for annual accounts approval).

•            10+ years experience in banking and/or investment funds, asset management.

•            Risk and audit experience

•            Corporate governance knowledge

•            Experience in international organizations

•            Ability to work with shareholders and engage stakeholders

•            Understanding of working with regulators in Latvia
