Investor Relations and Token Administration Professional

AKJ is seeking an Investor Relations and Token Administration Professional who wants to be part of an exciting journey. The role will be based in Oslo and the individual will be part of a diverse and international team.

This is an entrepreneurial role that will require creative thinking and innovation. The successful candidate will be central to the development and strengthening of the organization’s processes, culture and competence. The Investor Relations and Token Administration Professional will act as a key business partner to the organization’s C-level executives.

Primary responsibilities will include:
  • Performing both marketing and client service functions for current and prospective investors in the firm’s investment products;
  • Setting up the entire investor relations process and CRM to take investors through the onboarding and client relationship process
  • Providing a full spectrum of investor support services for crypto stakeholders, including setup of token wallets, management of whitelist, delivery of tokens, maintenance of investor registry, and execution of quarterly distributions;
  • Managing and implementing projects to support the team’s operational infrastructure, especially in the areas of data integrity and compliance;
  • Integrating with other departments to maintain fluency in all aspects of the crypto ecosystem and providing regular insights and feedback from clients on how to improve the customer experience;
  • Developing the blueprint for nurturing high-net-worth and VIP relationships at scale;
  • Designing and implementing a methodology for engaging and supporting the investor community;
  • Developing investor communications for investment updates or key aspects of the investor journey;
  • Managing and organizing investor documentation;
  • Managing and updating existing investor reports;
  • Partnering with executive management to manage the preparation and execution of quarterly investor meetings, investment conference calls and annual meetings;
  • Building quarterly corporate presentation materials and leading preparations for meetings with investors, analysts and the media, collaborating with the legal and finance departments to assure compliance with all securities laws and regulations;
  • Planning and coordinating investor roadshows;
  • Building and maintaining key relationships within the investment communities;
  • Responding to inquiries from investors, analysts and other external constituencies;
  • Partnering on strategic corporate and brand messages with other members of management to ensure consistency and compliance;
  • Digesting and circulating key industry and competitive news and investor information internally to management and others.

Qualifications must include:
  • Bachelors-level education in a relevant field;
  • 3+ years of strong financial services experience, including client-facing functions;
  • A strong interest in crypto and the evolving digital assets space;
  • Prior professional experience in crypto is helpful though not required;
  • Prior experience in investor relations is helpful though not required;
  • An analytical mind and comfort level with learning new web-based tools;
  • A process-oriented and highly structured approach;
  • A positive, dynamic and proactive attitude;
  • The ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization;
  • A strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently to communicate with executive management, shareholders, investors, analysts and the media.
