Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a

PURCHASING SPECIALIST


for our international client, who is one of the main player in the HVAC market

Location: Sofia/Bulgaria

THE JOB:

  • Placing orders for the factories of the business
  • Follow up the PO cycle and ensure a timely delivery of the goods
  • Offers from freight forwarders and manage the direct deliveries to the customers' sites
  • Evaluating the suppliers
  • Manage & control the Bulgarian warehouse's stock availability
  • Inform the sales department about availabilties and delivery status
  • Select forwarder based on quality, cost & time
  • Manage the paperwork of the shipments & support cargo insurance process
  • Manage order acknowledgement, packing list submission for intercompany exports
  • Conduct periodic freight cost analysis

THE PERSON:

  • A dynamic person, who is driven by result, can & dare to take initiative, enjoys to be part of a small team & an international company
  • Self-driven and being able to multitask & an Excellent problem solver
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain or finance is a must to have
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational organization
  • Experience of managing logistics from non EU countries / Asia
  • Experience with ERP systems - SAP, MS Dynamics, Navision -
  • Solid experience of product & service purchasingf policies and practices
  • Native/Fluent in Bulgarian and fluent in English
  • Strong computer skills - excellent Excel knowledge -
