SK ID Solutions is looking for a
BUSINESS OWNER
to help us continue expanding our business in the Baltic countries and selected export markets, we are in search of an experienced Business Owner who is responsible for the success of a product line and work to ensure that our services meet customers’ expectations as well as business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be conducting research to figure out customers’ needs. This includes analysing market and competition data, gathering and managing ideas coming from different sources (e.g., internal stakeholders, business leaders, and customers/end users) and deciding which ones are worth working on
- You will be developing products strategy which directly relates to the business strategy, defining overall success metrics for the products as well as financials
- You will be building and owning the product roadmap and overseeing the development and delivery of the products
- You will be managing all aspects of the products’ lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, risk management, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
SKILLS
- Previous five or more years’ experience working as a Product Manager or Business Owner on complex B2B or B2C products or services, preferably from financial, fintech or IT sector
- Experience making data-driven decisions (incl. A/B testing, analytics, market research, competitor analysis, defining KPIs)
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Ability to successfully communicate and discuss requirements with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams
- Ability to build relationships with other teams to enable working on shared product goals
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Estonian and English
