Your role
Atos Medical is looking to appoint a new Sales Director for the Nordic business (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland) to take the team of around 15 people on the next stage of their journey.
Having focused its efforts on the launching of a new product portfolio for the laryngectomy side of business and successfully launching the sale of Tracheostomy products within the region we expect the business to continue its story of strong growth during the coming years.
The new Sales Director will, with adaptation to the different markets, continue to pursue the Direct to Patient strategy while keeping and further investing in a strong relationship with the clinical community, including hospitals. The focus will be on strengthening the culture of the team and ensuring a strong & successful collaboration for the benefit of Healthcare Professionals and most importantly Patients.

This position is a key member of the Region Europe North/South within Atos Medical’s international Sales structure and holds great growth potential for the right individual. Furthermore, it will be a high profile and very rewarding role, there will also be a large degree of ownership for building and executing the local plan within the Nordic region.

Your profile
  • Substantial medical device experience within the Nordic region gained within a commercial role
  • Experience of direct patient contact/sales
  • Able to commute to Hyllie, Malmö, regularly and be present in all four countries in the region on a regular basis
  • Strong Leadership: Leads first line employees in an inspiring and engaging way, ensuring short term performance focus and long-term results.
  • Strong team player, who can attract, motivate and develop people in a competitive environment.
  • Speaks English and a Nordic language fluently (preferably Swedish or Danish).
Key Competencies we are looking for;
  • Strong Commercial Experience: Defines clear priorities, understands patient and HCP needs, identifies and executes a clear growth agenda.
  • Builds a great culture: A strong communicator with leadership experience, and the ability to bring together a diverse team from 4 different countries. Must demonstrate a strong alignment to Atos values.
  • Analysis and problem solving: Solves problems independently; breaks complex issues into manageable parts and organises in a systematic approach; recommends a solution to a problem and communicates steps to resolve the problem.
  • Patient & Customer Focus: Demonstrates clear patient centricity and positive collaboration with Healthcare Professionals. Develop a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders, and understand the different business models within each of the 4 markets.
