Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your primary goal will be to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-based marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels including PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Optimize budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and innovative ways to reach target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the brand & product marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally for SaaS or mobile apps.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC and paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with mobile analytics and engagement tools like CleverTap.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS and mobile apps conversion funnels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
  • Experience in e-commerce or a fast-growing startup environment.
