KARL STORZ is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager Single Use Sterile Endoscopes in Tallinn, Estonia who will be at the forefront of innovation, spearheading programs that shape the future of medical technology. - Lead complex local and international programs and projects in arena of sterile single use flexible endoscopes
- Responsible to achieve project goals in time, budget and quality that were agreed on with project sponsors
- Close collaboration with project staff from development, product management, production, regulatory affairs and other disciplines
- Collaboration with external development partners
- Communication with stakeholders
Your Talent
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, master is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in managing interdisciplinary development projects in agile setup
- Experience in medical technology is desirable, especially with sterile single-use endoscopy or high-volume single-use medical devices
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, such as FDA, ISO 13485, MDR, 10079 would be a plus)
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel appr. 10 to 20 %
- Very good English written and oral language skills
- Excellent communication and management skills with different stakeholders
- Goal-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness, commitment, flexibility, well organized and ability to work in a team
