  • Coordination and daily maintenance of the company office
  • Car fleet management - new orders, repairs, invoices, fuel cards, parking, reports
  • Event management - planning and execution of events and incentive initiatives
  • Contracts management and price negotiations with office and service providers
  • Achievement of financial objectives by planning and coordination of office budget and service agreements
  • Inventory Control - placing orders in Accounting System and processing excel tables related to office operations
  • New hire orientation and onboarding, transfers and leavers
  • Close cooperation with other Administration Team Members and company departments
  • Educated to university degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience gained by working in administration / office management area in international business environment
  • Very good communication skills both in Polish and English
  • Strong project management skills
  • Prioritization abilities, time management, ability to work under time pressure
  • Excellent planning skills with natural attention to details
