For our Client - an international organization continuously developing its presence in Poland – we are seeking to recruit Administrative Coordinator.
- Coordination and daily maintenance of the company office
- Car fleet management - new orders, repairs, invoices, fuel cards, parking, reports
- Event management - planning and execution of events and incentive initiatives
- Contracts management and price negotiations with office and service providers
- Achievement of financial objectives by planning and coordination of office budget and service agreements
- Inventory Control - placing orders in Accounting System and processing excel tables related to office operations
- New hire orientation and onboarding, transfers and leavers
- Close cooperation with other Administration Team Members and company departments
- Educated to university degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience gained by working in administration / office management area in international business environment
- Very good communication skills both in Polish and English
- Strong project management skills
- Prioritization abilities, time management, ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent planning skills with natural attention to details
