Interim Product Manager - API's

A big IT company is looking for an interim product manager to help with improving one of their critical API's.

This is an interim assignment with hybrid work model, which will require attending the office in Utrecht a few times per week.

Responsibilities Interim Product Manager

• Spearhead product discovery efforts to swiftly understand and address customer needs.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and motivated product team focused on delivering tangible results.
• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps, managing the product backlog and setting clear priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, shaping OKRs to balance immediate successes with a long-term vision.
• Promote data-driven decision-making, prioritizing speed and impact over perfection.
• Work closely with engineering and business teams to clarify requirements, align objectives, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless execution.
• Make success measurable, celebrate achievements, and communicate outcomes effectively across teams.

Requirements

Requirements Interim Product Manager

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, including API - based products
• Empathetic and strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills; as a leader you know how to inspire, motivate and encourage teams & stakeholders.
